Principled, honest, and sincere, Manny serves as Vice President of Strategic Legacy Investment Group. Manny is a results-focused Developer and Construction Project Manager with hands-on experience in all aspects of Multi Family and Condominium subdivision and development. Manny coordinates, manages, and supervises all construction projects from the conceptual development stage leading to the final construction phase.

With experience in all areas of construction including site preparation, land clearing, utilities setup, telecommunications, fire protection, electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, heating, road construction, and landscaping, Manny is responsible for the structural and building systems for each property. Manny founded Rapid Mortgage Co. in 1986, where he was a direct lender in consumer financing, home improvement financing, construction lending, and mortgages for single-family and multi-family residences. His primary emphasis is to provide clients with the timely assistance needed to adequately accomplish their business goals. He has proven time and time again his capacity to direct and oversee complex construction projects. Manny administers over 116 workers—subcontracted under his direct supervision—for each of his projects.

Information is abundant through today’s technological advances, but Manny offers clear, direct, and custom-tailored solutions to his clients. He identifies and secures all necessary permits while ensuring compliance with applicable building codes, environmental laws, regulations and safety standards. Adept in evaluating specifications of construction methods and determining the most cost-effective strategy for each project, Manny is an esteemed partner at SLIG. Manny has independently consulted and directed several Limited Liability Companies. In 1997, Manny developed and helped program a module that would forecast the direction of the S&P 500 Index. Manny partnered with a hedge fund, collaborated with one programmer based in New York, and another based in Florida. After six years, they successfully created a program with over 200,000 pages of code.

Manny moved to the United Sates in 1968 to pursue his degree in electrical engineering at State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo. He left behind a ventilation and air conditioning company that he built during his years in Iran, and had to start all over again in America—a testament to his determination and resilience. Manny and his wife are great philanthropists in their community. They have made donations to a handful of organizations including the National Council of Jewish Women, March of Dimes, Nessah Temple, Easter Seals, IDF, Malka Hadassah, and Feed the Children. Family has always been a priority to Manny. He has a daughter, two sons, and three beautiful grandchildren: Alexander, Mia, and Celine.
