Senior Financial Officer & Co-Founder
After acquiring his accreditation in 2007 from UCLA, Daniel Sabet began his career as an Audit Associate at KPMG where he prepared financial statement audits for multiple different industries including consumer markets, oil & gas, not for profit, banking, and real estate. While at KPMG, Daniel showed great determination, passing our 4 parts of his CPA exam while working over 65 hours a week. With a focus on real estate company audits and consulting, Daniel later earned a Senior Accountant position at Gumbiner Savett Inc. There, he performed audits on companies that bought distressed loans from banks, bought existing properties for value added improvements, and also others that started and completed construction projects.
Daniel’s strong work ethic and leadership skills have afforded him the opportunity to serve as Director of Accounting at Strategic Legacy Investment Group. Here, he is in charge of managing budgets during all phases of each project, and compiling the company’s financial statements. He also specializes in financial analysis—quickly and accurately determining whether a syndication project will generate high profits and returns for the company and its investors. Daniel is an active member of the AICPA. He consistently attends seminars and continuing education classes to stay up to date with new accounting standards and pronouncements. Additionally, he volunteers to tutor middle school students with their math courses. Equipped with experience and practical knowledge, and complemented by his professional accreditations, Daniel is a valued partner at Strategic Legacy Investment Group.
